Nigelware ("we," "our," or "us") operates the UpKeep Pro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Home Information: Your home name, type, and move-in date that you enter during setup
Maintenance Records: Task names, due dates, completion history, and notes you create within the App
Photos: Images you optionally attach to task completions, stored locally on your device

Photo Storage: Photos you attach to task completions are compressed and stored locally in the App's private document directory

Privacy First: UpKeep Pro is designed with a local-first architecture. All of your home maintenance data stays on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. We have no ability to access your data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your home and maintenance data remains entirely private on your device and is not shared with any external parties.
Third-Party Services
UpKeep Pro does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App operates entirely offline with the exception of delivering local notifications through Apple's notification system.
Notifications
The App may request permission to send local notifications to remind you of maintenance tasks. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers. You can manage notification permissions at any time through your device's Settings.
Children's Privacy
UpKeep Pro is a general-audience home maintenance application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access all of your data directly within the App
Modify or delete individual homes, tasks, and completion records at any time
Delete all of your data completely by removing the App from your device
Control notification permissions through your device's Settings
Contact us with any privacy-related questions
App Store Integration
This App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's privacy policies and terms of service in addition to our own.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or through app updates. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
