Important: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your license to use the App.

Swiftie Pictures AI Feature
AI Image Generation: The Swiftie Pictures feature uses AI to create Taylor Swift-themed artwork based on photos you provide. This feature is limited to 3 generations per week per user.
You retain ownership of the original photos you upload
Generated images are for personal use only
We reserve the right to refuse processing of inappropriate content
Usage limits are enforced to ensure fair access and manage server costs
Weekly limits reset automatically and cannot be manually reset
Content and Intellectual Property
This App is created by fans, for fans, and is not officially affiliated with Taylor Swift or her representatives. All references to Taylor Swift, her music, lyrics, and related content are used under fair use principles for entertainment and educational purposes.
The App and its original content are owned by Nigelware
Taylor Swift-related content remains the property of respective copyright holders
Users may not claim ownership of generated AI artwork for commercial purposes
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Nigelware without restriction
Third-Party Services
The App integrates with several third-party services:
Google AI Services: For image generation processing
Firebase: For app analytics and configuration
Superwall: For subscription and in-app purchase management

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

For users who download the App through the Apple App Store:

In case of the App's failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund
Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims related to the App
Termination
