It helps users manage nutritional challenges like reduced appetite, nausea, and the need for adequate protein intake by providing tailored "micro-meal" plans, a "Nausea Relief Mode," smart grocery lists, and progress tracking.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information and meal plans provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or seen in the GentlePlate App. Reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your user profile, which is used to generate your personalized meal plans.
All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, images, recipes, and software (collectively, the "Content"), are the proprietary property of Nigelware or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Content or App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nigelware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any information or content obtained from the App; or (c) any health outcomes related to your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
