Instantly adjust your meal plan to gentle, bland foods when you activate "Nausea Relief Mode."

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not have a server-side database and do not back up your personal data to the cloud. This means your data remains private to you and is under your control. Deleting the app will permanently delete your data.
Local Storage: All your personal data, including your health profile and daily check-ins, is stored only on your device.
