Baby Quarterly by Nigelware — Last updated: July 21, 2026

Baby Quarterly ("the App") is developed by Nigelware ("we", "our", "us"). Privacy isn't an afterthought here — it's how the App is built. This policy explains what the App does with your information, in plain language.

The short version: Everything happens on your iPhone. Your photos and the covers you make never leave your device. There are no accounts, no uploads, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We never see your photos, and we collect no personal information about you.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The App is designed to be private by default. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:

There is no account to create and no sign-in. We have no server that receives your content.

2. What Stays on Your Device

Everything the App creates is stored locally on your iPhone and is never transmitted to us:

Deleting the App removes this data from your device.

3. Photo Library Access

To make a cover, you pick a photo using Apple's system photo picker. This picker runs outside the App and hands over only the single photo you select — the App is never given access to browse your photo library. When you save a finished cover, the App asks for permission to add that image to your photo library; this is add-only access and does not let the App read your existing photos. Your photos are processed entirely on your device.

4. Purchases

The App offers a one-time, optional purchase that removes the watermark from your covers. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction; we never receive or store your payment information. The App only learns from Apple whether the unlock has been purchased. The purchase supports Apple Family Sharing, and can be restored on your devices through the App's "Restore Purchases" option. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. No Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking

The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and never asks to track you across other apps or websites. The only network connection the App makes is to Apple's App Store for the optional purchase described above.

6. Children's Privacy

Baby Quarterly is a tool for parents, guardians, and family members to create keepsakes. It is intended to be used by adults and is not directed to children. Because photos and details are processed and stored only on the device and are never transmitted to us or any third party, no child's information is ever collected or shared through the App. You are responsible for the photos you choose to use.

7. Your Choices

You are always in control: you can delete any cover within the App, and deleting the App removes all data it stored on your device. Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing on our side to request, correct, or delete.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
